Dermal Fillers
AestheFill
Dermal fillers are gel implants based on hyaluronic acid (HA), a substance that occurs naturally in the skin. At Beauty Spot Clinic in Beit Hanina, Jerusalem, every filler treatment is administered personally by Dr. Ibrahim Omari after a diagnosis-first consultation, so the product, volume and injection plane are matched to your anatomy.

What it treats: loss of cheek and midface volume, deepening nasolabial folds and marionette lines, a soft or undefined jawline and chin, and under-eye hollows.

How it is performed: Depending on the area, HA filler is placed in the mid-to-deep dermis for finer lines, or deeper on the supraperiosteal plane (on the bone) to rebuild structural volume in the cheeks and jaw. Treatment takes 20–40 minutes; a fine cannula or needle is used with topical anaesthetic for comfort.

Results & longevity: results are visible immediately and settle over 1–2 weeks. Depending on the product and treated zone, results typically last 9–18 months.

Downtime: minimal. Mild swelling or bruising may last 24–72 hours. Avoid intense heat, strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24–48 hours.

Who should not have fillers: filler is avoided in pregnancy and breastfeeding, with active skin infection at the site, with known hypersensitivity to the product, and used with caution in certain autoimmune or bleeding conditions. Suitability is confirmed at consultation.

All treatments are doctor-administered and supervised by Dr. Ibrahim Omari.
